Refund policy
RETURNED PACKAGES
If the postal carrier returns your package due to an undeliverable or incorrect address, all return fees are at the customer’s expense. If you’d like your package reshipped, you will be responsible to pay for the new shipping charge, plus the return fee. SHIPPING IS NON-REFUNDABLE. Real Talk Apparel is not held responsible for mistakes made by the customer.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS
If you receive your package and notice that there is damage done to your product(s), please immediately contact realtalkwear@gmail.com. We will request photos and/or videos of the damage so we can ensure we know of the defect or file a claim with the postal carrier if there are signs of obvious mishandling of your package during transit. Customers must reach out within 30 days of their order date to get reshipped or reimbursed for damaged products.
RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES
We do not allow returns, refunds, or exchanges of any kind on shipped products. Once your shipping label has been printed and your order has begun processing, modification requests to your order in any way will not be able to be accommodated.
