Shipping policy
SHIPPING – GENERAL
It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the postal carrier directly for any sort of detailed tracking information, including if your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it. Real Talk Apparel is not responsible for mis-delivered packages and such inquiries need to be discussed directly with the postal carrier.
A parcel is considered lost if it has been in the postal system for 15 or more business days for US orders. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the courier.
SHIPPING – UNITED STATES
All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the weight and set directly by the carrier.
Orders are shipped out daily, Monday-Friday. Once you order, please allow up to 7-10 business days) of processing time before your order ships.
SHIPPING – INTERNATIONALLY
We currently ship to all international countries. International orders are shipped out every Tuesday and Thursday. Our international shipper is UPS, then once the package arrives to the destination country, it gets handed to the main shipping company (Canada Post, Royal Mail, etc.) for delivery to you.
Transit times when shipping internationally vary greatly as customs times are always changing. Typically, packages get to Canada within two weeks, and to Europe within three to four. Again, these are just what we’ve noticed is typical; they vary greatly.
Any duties and fees that are due upon pickup or delivery of your package are at the expense of the customer.
